Many equipment orders ship by freight rather than standard parcel service. Review the delivery location, access conditions, unloading plan and inspection procedure before your order is released.
Shipping method, charges and available services depend on the product, seller, destination and carrier. The product listing, order confirmation and written freight quotation control the final terms.

The receiver is responsible for a safe unloading plan. Vehicle lifts and other long or heavy freight commonly require a forklift, loading dock or another suitable method.
Residential service, liftgate service, appointment delivery and remote-area delivery may carry additional charges and may not be available for every product.
Where available, terminal pickup can be considered when the delivery site cannot safely receive large freight. Confirm the terminal and collection requirements in writing.
The person receiving the order should be prepared to inspect the pallet, packaging, product count and visible equipment condition before signing the delivery receipt or bill of lading.
Compare the number of pallets, cartons and pieces with the carrier paperwork.
Look for torn packaging, punctures, crushed areas, broken bands, exposed equipment or missing freight.
Write specific damage or shortages on the delivery receipt and take clear photographs before signing.
Keep the packaging and notify KATOOL Mart promptly so the freight issue can be reviewed.
Important: Shipping charges, included services, delivery estimates and carrier availability vary by product and destination. Delays caused by weather, carrier operations, access restrictions or other events outside the seller's reasonable control may occur. Re-delivery or storage charges caused by an unavailable or unprepared receiver may be the buyer's responsibility.
