KATOOL and M&E limited coverage
Eligible equipment includes a limited one-year (12-month) warranty covering parts and product defects, subject to claim review and approval.
KATOOL Mart Warranty Support
Warranty support begins with accurate order and product information. Coverage can vary by brand, seller and equipment type, so review the product listing, invoice and applicable written warranty before making a claim.
KATOOL Mart carries products from multiple brands and approved sellers. The warranty shown on the product page, order documentation or manufacturer warranty controls when it differs from the KATOOL and M&E summary below.
Eligible equipment includes a limited one-year (12-month) warranty covering parts and product defects, subject to claim review and approval.
Eligible KATOOL and M&E vehicle lifts include an additional three-year (36-month) warranty on structural lift components only.
A two-year extended warranty plan may be available for eligible KATOOL or M&E automotive equipment when purchased in accordance with the applicable plan terms.
Approved replacement parts may be supplied under the applicable warranty. Labor, installation, diagnosis and other service costs are not included unless expressly stated in writing.
Do not disassemble, modify or repair the equipment before the original issue has been documented and warranty instructions have been provided.
Provide the original order number, purchaser name and purchase date.
Send the brand, complete model, serial number and a photograph of the data plate.
Include a clear description, operating conditions, photographs and video when requested.
Wait for written troubleshooting, parts or service instructions before taking further action.
Common limitations: Coverage may not apply to normal wear, consumables, cosmetic conditions that do not affect operation, improper installation, incorrect electrical supply or wiring, misuse, neglect, accidents, unauthorized modification, unsuitable environments or failure to follow the operating manual. Freight damage is handled through the shipping-claim process rather than as a product-defect warranty claim.
Controlling terms: If this summary conflicts with the product listing, manufacturer warranty, extended-warranty plan, invoice or written claim decision, the transaction-specific written terms control.
Prepare the order number, data-plate photograph and clear evidence of the issue.
